ECG of intra-atrium blockage
Today our class topic is disturbance of conductivity of the heart,i am called to the front,to the black board,i am supposed to tell the class about intra-atrium blockage,so what is the sign? It's not so hard to determine it in ECG,1st of all,we need to find where is the P wave,is it sinus or non-sinus,is the rhythm regular or not, after that,we need to measure is that any prolongation of P wave,if it's more than 0.1s.This indicate inta-atrium blockage, but i don't know what is happening, haha,i told the same thing for 3 times, over and over...but glad that i did manage to have a new point of view towards ECG,thanks to the teacher!!!
